Responsible reporting

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, stop before accessing or changing another person’s data. Record the affected route, time, browser and a minimal reproduction without including applicant information.

How to report

Signed-in beta users should use the Technical issue category in the Help area and mark the first line “SECURITY”. Design-partner organisations should also use the incident contact in their beta agreement.

Please do not

Do not conduct denial-of-service testing, social engineering, destructive testing, automated high-volume scanning or download workforce records. Independent penetration testing requires written authorisation and a defined scope.
