Controlled beta
KliqCare beta-use terms
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Beta scope
KliqCare is being made available to approved design-partner organisations for evaluation. Access is invitation-only. Public availability of the marketing pages does not create a right to an operational workspace.
Human responsibility
KliqCare organises recruitment and compliance evidence; it does not replace professional judgement. Organisations remain responsible for lawful recruitment, Right to Work checks, DBS handling, occupational-health decisions, safeguarding, competence assessment and final hiring decisions.
Permitted use
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use MFA where required, respect role restrictions and access only records needed for authorised work. Patient or service-user information must not be entered into recruitment examples, messages or support requests.
Prohibited use
Users must not bypass access controls, share invitation links with unintended recipients, upload malicious or unlawful material, scrape applicant data, make solely automated clinical hiring decisions or use the service in a way that discriminates unlawfully.
Organisation responsibilities
Before using real workforce data, each organisation must approve its controller privacy information, lawful bases, special-category conditions, retention schedule, data-processing terms, authorised roles, incident contacts and operational procedures.
Availability and change
Beta features may change and planned maintenance may occur. Material security or privacy changes will be documented. Optional integrations that are shown as not connected must not be treated as operational.
Suspension
Access may be suspended to protect applicants, investigate misuse, respond to a security incident or enforce the beta agreement. Suspended organisations cannot use operational administration functions.
This public-beta information supports transparency but does not replace organisation-specific legal, clinical or regulatory advice.
